Thank you for downloading this Font Reserve Plug-in for InDesign CS3. This Plug-in allows InDesign CS3 to automatically activate fonts directly from Font Reserve.

Installation notes
  • Font Reserve v1.7 or higher
  • Adobe InDesign CS3
    • Mac OS X v10.4.4 or higher on PowerPC or Intel based systems
Installing the Plug-in

To install the Font Reserve Plug-in:
  1. Close any running copies of InDesign CS3.
  2. Locate the Plug-ins folder for InDesign CS3.
    The default location InDesign CS3  is Applications/Adobe InDesign CS3/Plug-ins/
  3. Drag the Font Reserve Plug-in file,  Font Reserve CS3 Plugin.InDesignPlugin, into the Plug-ins folder.
  4. If it is not already running, launch the Font Reserve client.
  5. Launch InDesign CS3.

Note: The Font Reserve client must be running when auto-activating fonts.
Highlights
The Font Reserve Plug-in for Adobe InDesign CS3 provides accurate font activation. The Plug-in identifies all fonts in a document and embeds Font Sense information into your InDesign CS3 documents. The Font Sense information allows Font Reserve to accurately match fonts required by a document with those managed by Font Reserve.
